Shadows

Been feeling

under the weather

for the past

couple of days.

Must be the

beginnings of

Holiday Rush...

so much work

too little time!

From within or from behind,

a light shines through us upon things,

and makes us aware

that we are nothing,

but the light is all.

~Ralph Waldo Emerson

A human being

is only breath and shadow.
Sophocles

Beware lest you lose the substance
by grasping at the shadow.
Aesop
