when i took these photos.  with life and
all its craziness the past few days, i found
when i checked in here, that i'd started
this post, and never completed it....

this is my 500th post on the blog

and as i look back, well, some are better than others!

  It's been a blast sharing these, seeing where i can go, what i can do.

i'm grateful to all of you who share in this journey of me

especially those who shared their thoughts as well.

 I hope those of you in the US had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.  Mine was very typical because of my work schedule, and untypical because my daughter and granddaughter visited for the weekend.  It was a very interesting weekend, with lots of time to talk, laugh and have some fun .... :)  Many thanks to all of you for the traffic here this weekend!

(maybe i'm making up
for lost time now?? haha)

I'm lucky that I
was able to spend
my day with my family
and will treasure the memories
always.

when beauty isn't a size,

a number, or a color.

It's the whole package,

and now that I've finally

"grown into my self",

I wish I'd learned

these things earlier in life.
