A gal should be two things:

classy and fabulous.

Fashion is not something

that exists in dresses only.

Fashion is in the sky,

in the street,

fashion has to do with ideas,

the way we live,

what is happening.
 

To make women look young.
 

Then their outlook changes.
 

They feel more joyous.

I am not young
 

but I feel young.

It's always a struggle

for a mature woman

to be comfortable

in her own skin

when constantly bombarded

by images the media

claims as "beauty"

when beauty isn't a size,

a number, or a color.

It's the whole package,

and now that I've finally

"grown into my self",

I wish I'd learned

these things earlier in life.

To all the men

who appreciate

a mature woman's

beauty, thank you

very much!

prerequisite to make it
into any GI's pinup collection.
