Grounding

Here I am, out in the backyard,

barefoot (and bare nekkid!)

Connecting with Earth makes me

feel that much better.  When I walk

Sadie to the local park, we lay down

in the grass (fully dressed - can't scare the neighbors!)

and I think we both sleep better at night for it!

I don't have much opportunity to 'ground' while

at work, so I carry a couple of stones in my pocket!

I know some people put the "pooh-pooh" on

alternative ideas, but I say "if it feels good, do it!"
