Exercise

After a long session at the gym,
one of the necessities of life
is stretching muscles so they
aren't stiff in the morning.
(ok, maybe its just for this old gal!)






On a positive note,
I broke a personal record
today:   one mile in 13:50 -
my goal is a 13 minute mile

    1. Nadja, two years ago I couldn't run a mile either! But with practice and persistence -- and many stiff muscles!! -- I'm getting there :) And no worries, I will never be skinny. lol xox
